The wife of the Executive Chairman of Bogoro local government council in Bauchi State Mrs Apphia Lawi Yakubu Sumi has concluded plans to empower one hundred women.
She said she would empower them through entrepreneurship training with practical skills to support them in strengthening their businesses.
Mrs Apphia Lawi Yakubu Sumi stated this when she met with widows and leadership of the women wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria Bogoro Local Goverment chapter.
She urged the women to make deliberate effort in investment ventures, and enjoined them to avoid wastage of agricultural proceeds for the purpose of the forthcoming Christmas celebration.
