Bauchi State Independent Electrical Commission trains over seven hundred ad-hoc staff in Itas Gadau LGA

Bauchi State Independent Electoral Commission had trained Over Seven hundred ad-hoc Staff in Itas/Gadau local Government for the conduct of the Saturdays Local Government elections.

The Electoral Officer of the Local Government Alh. Umar Ahmad made this known while addressing the trainees at the Central Primary School Itas.

Alh. Umar Ahmad explained that the One day training is conducted only in Itas Central Primary School, and is expected to cover all election procedures as it was stipulated in the Electoral law.

The Electoral Officer however, said his office has already received all sensitive and non sensitive materials for distribution to the two hundred and thirty five polling units of the Local Government.

Earlier, the Head of Administration of the Local Government Alh. Bala Abdullahi Jahun advised the trainees to uphold the lesson given to them in order to carry out their election duties effectively.

He said the Local Government has concluded all arrangement for the Successful conduct of the Saturdays Local Government Election and called on the people of the area to give their maximum support and cooperation to the election personnel so as to have a hitch free election for the development of their area.

Alh.Bala Abdullahi Jahun Commended the effort of Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed for providing all the necessary materials for the conduct of the Local Government Election through out the State.
