Bauchi State Quranic Recitation Competition Committee has slated 15th October for the commencement of 2024 local government Quranic Recitation Competition at local government level..

Chairman of the committee Imam Hassan Usman Zango stated this during a meeting with members of the committee held in Bauchi.

He said the such move was aimed at preparing the contestants ahead of the state competition scheduled to hold at Jamaare Local government.

Imam Hassan Zango explained that some members of the committee will carry out on the spot assessment of the exercise to assertain thier level of preparation.

He enjoined members of the committee to reinvigorate and put extra effort towards ensuring that Bauchi State sustain the successes recorded both National and International levels.

According to him the competition at local government level would enable the committee select contestants that will represent their various local government and the state.

The Chairman of the committee who expressed delight for successes recorded by indigene of Bauchi state at state and International levels urged it’s members both state and local government level to be dedicated and put extra effort towards ensuring that the state succceed in future competitions .

Imam Hassan Zango called for support from it members at local government levels to ensure that they prepare their pupils to work hard.
