The Caretaker Committee Chairman, Bogoro LGA, Markus Bitrus Lusa, has urged members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) posted to the area to respect the customs and traditions of their host communities.
He made the call in his welcome address to the NYSC members deployed to Bogoro for their one year national service at the Local Government.
The Chairman represented by his Deputy,Timothy Andrew While welcoming the fresh graduates, assured them of hospitality and safety throughout their service period.
He charged them to be optimistic in advancing their talents in pursuit of future endeavours.
Responding on behalf of the Corps Members, the Local Government Corps Liaison officer Mr. Aja ugochukwo thanked the management of the council for the warm welcome as well as the admonition given to the new corps members.
They promised that they will discharge their duties and remain law abiding to their host communities.
