Bauchi State Government reaffirms commitment to reposition higher education sector.

Bauchi State Government has reaffirmed its commitment to revitalize higher education to produce competent graduates that could meet the demand of the contemporary societies

The State Commissioner for Higher Education and Regional Integration Dr. Lydia Tsammani disclosed this while speaking to newsmen on the ongoing massive roads construction at Tatari Ali Polytechnic and the fencing of State college of agricultural among others to improve the education system in the state

The commissioner also pledged the State government readiness to the build and equipment the state owned higher Institutions to enhance practical learning and research activities in the Institutions.

She maintained that the Institutions have benefited with facility and construction since the assumption of Governor Bala Mohammed led administration and urged their management to prioritize capacity and technical training and also facilitate innovative research and development

According to her, Bauchi state government will continue providing facility in schools especially higher Institutions to prepare students for real world challenges by giving them access to modern tools and technology

She urged the management of higher Institutions in the state to make good use of the facilities for effective teaching of their students and also ensure maintenance and sustainability of this vital learning and research equipment

Dr Lydia Tsammani Lauded Governor Bala Mohammed for executing development project in the institutions especially road construction to enhance safe and conducive learning environment
