The First Lady Bauchi State, Dr Aisha Bala Muhammed has felicitated with Women across the state and around the world for their immense contributions to the society, recognizing their vital roles in shaping families, communities, and the future of the nation.
In a message to mark the International Women’s Day,, the first lady commended the strength, resilience, and determination of women, acknowledging their tireless efforts to overcome barriers and make meaningful impacts in leadership, education, caregiving, and innovation.
Dr Aisha Bala Mohammed highlighted the importance of empowering women through education, healthcare, and economic opportunities, aligning with the global theme of promoting rights, justice, and action for all women and girls.
She emphasized that Bauchi State, under the leadership of Governor Bala Mohammed, remains committed to providing programs that equip women with the tools to succeed and lead in all areas of life.
The first lady encouraged women to continue inspiring one another, supporting each other, and working together to achieve a world where gender equality is a reality.
She therefore urged them to celebrate their accomplishments and remain determined in the pursuit of equality and justice.
