Bauchi First Lady enjoins PDP G34 women on integrity and peaceful political participation

Bauchi State First Lady, Dr. Aisha Bala Mohammed, has commended the steadfast support and commitment of the PDP G34 Women Group, describing their contributions as vital to political stability and women’s development in the state.

Dr. Aisha Bala gave the commendation while receiving members of the G34 Women Group during a courtesy visit to her office at the Government House, Bauchi.

In her remarks, the First Lady hailed the group as mothers, mentors, and pillars of political wisdom.

She urged them to continue guiding younger women on the values of integrity, unity, and peaceful political participation.

According to her, women play a crucial role in political development, and their active involvement is essential for sustainable growth and good governance and assured the delegation that her office, through various empowerment programmes, will continue to collaborate with them to strengthen women’s leadership and community development across the state.

Earlier, the leader of the delegation, Hajiya Hadiza Mohammed Maman, expressed appreciation to the First Lady for her unwavering support to women.

She reaffirmed the commitment of the G34 Women Group to stand firmly with the First Lady and to keep promoting unity and political awareness among women in Bauchi State.

Also speaking, the Chairperson of the group, Hajiya Ramatu Birnin Kudu, said they were at the Government House to thank the First Lady for her continuous support.

She assured of their maximum loyalty and readiness to promote the aims and objectives of the PDP in the state.

She added that the group remains committed to supporting the First Lady and her husband, the Executive Governor of Bauchi State.
