Outgoing Permanent Secretary Ministry for Budget, Economic Planning and Multilateral Coordination calls for dedication to responsibility

The outgoing Permanent Secretary Ministry of Budget Economic Planning and multilateral Coordination Alhaji Jibrin Muhammad Yusuf has implored staff of the Ministry to accord same dedication and support enjoyed during his stewardship to his predecessor for effective and efficient service delivery.
Alhaji Jibrin Yusuf made the apeal while handing over the Ministry’s responsibility to the New Permanent Secretary, Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmad Rufa’i, held at the Conference Hall of the Ministry.
Alhaji Jibrin Yusuf explained that the call became imperative, growth and development.
According to the outgoing Permanent Secretary, during his tenure at the Ministry he was able to train 20 staff out of which 12 have graduated from the State University where they obtained Post Diploma on Economic Planning and Development as panacea to bridge the gap for the Ministry’s staff.
He solicited for the redeployment of forty four planning officers coupled with in-house training and were successfully posted to various MDA’s as part of effort to ensure professionalism in the sectors and also established 8 additional stakeholders n the Ministry after securing approval as some of his achievements.
In his acceptance speech, the new appointed Permanent Secretary, Alhaji Ibrahim Ahmad Rufa”i, expressed aporeciation to Governor Bala Mohamnad Abdulkadir, Jauran Baucji for giving him the mandate to serve in caoacity, assuring him of doing the needful to avhieve the desired goaks.
He commended the outgoing Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Alhaji Jibrin Muhammad Yusuf for his mentorship, guidiance and support which no doubt brought him to his present status, prayed Alkah to guide and protect him in his new Ministry.
