Ningi Local Government Council re engages retired medical personnel at govt General Hospital.

In its effort to ensure effective Healthcare delivery and curtails the acute shortage of manpower; the Ningi local government council, has re-engaged three retired qualified professional nurses on casual basis at the General Hospital Ningi.
Speaking on the development, , the executive chairman of the local government; Alhaji Nasiru Zakarai Dankasuwa disclosed that the re-engagement of the retired nurses to serve at the General Hospital Ningi was a result of the numerous complain by members of the public due to inadequate qualified nurses to attend to patients.
Alhaji Nasiru Zakarai Dankasuwa also maintained that engagement of such retired professional nurses on casual basis would greatly help to healthcare delivery to the people. And enjoined the engaged nurses to work to bestow confidence of the general public.
Responding on behalf of the engaged nurses; Alhaji Ahmed Shuaibu Nasaru, expressed their profound gratitude to the local government for recognizing their talents and performance. And promised to maximize efficiency to bestow public confidence reposed in them.
