The Old Students of Government Day Secondary School GDSS Kofar Idi Old Association have pledged to support the present administration’s efforts of empowering youth across the state.
They made the pledge during a congratulatory visit to Comrade Atiku Isah, recently appointed as the Special Adviser on Youth and Entrepreneurship by the State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed.
Speaking on behalf of the association, Comrade Aliyu Usman, Muhammad Lawal Ishaq, and Salamatu Abdullahi expressed confidence in Comrade Isah’s capacity to drive meaningful change for youths across Bauchi State and beyond.
They commended Governor Bala Mohammed’s leadership style, especially his focus on empowering young people.
In his response, Comrade Atiku Isah thanked KIOSA for the visit and reiterated his commitment to youth empowerment through entrepreneurship and skill acquisition programs.
He emphasized that his office would prioritize impactful initiatives aimed at boosting youth potential and contributing to economic growth.
Comrade Atiku further pledged to strengthen unity within the association and expressed deep appreciation to Governor Mohammed for the opportunity given to him, vowing to justify the confidence reposed in him.
