The care taker Chairman katagum local government Mallam Musa Azare has expressed commitment to rehabilitate and repair water boreholes across the Area for the communities to be served with clean and portable water in the area.
The chairman made the remarks in Bidir ward Katagum local government Area where he flag off the project of rehabilitating 10 water bores in the area.
He said the program aimed at addressing water challenges especially in rural areas is supported by the state government in collaboration with RUWASSA to provide portable water to people especially rural dwellers charged benefiting communities to ensure judicious utilization.
Speaking, the village head of Bidir Alh. Bappa Muhammad Bello, thanked the care taker Chairman for the gesture charged him to continue in that direction.
He expressed his extremely thankful to the Chairman for supporting, helping and good representing, he added that he has no word to thanked this government under administration of sen. Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad for bringing more infrastructural development to his word called on him to renovate his palace for the betterment of his activities.
