Emir of Katagum honours new traditional Title holder

The Emir of Katagum, Alhaji .Umar Farooq the second Has turbaned Engineer Abdullahi Muhammad as the first Banagan Katagum.

‎During the turbaning ceremony,the Emir expressed appreciation to the relatives and well-wishers of the newly turbaned Banagan for their support and love demonstrated throughout the event.

‎Alhaji Umar Farooq the second commended Engineer Abdullahi Muhammad as a trustworthy individual who has consistently shown dedication and willingness to serve his community.
‎‎The Emir emphasized the significance of prompt actions taken by Engineer.

Abdullahi in response to the directive issued by the Katagum Emirate Council which called for all traditional titleholders who had not yet been turbaned to complete the process by the end of December this year.

‎Alhaji Umar Farooq urged the new Banagan of Katagum not to relent in his effort to serve the community and protect the dignity of the Emirate Council.
‎He expressed confidence in Engineer Abdullahi’s leadership and commitment to upholding the traditions of the katagum Emirate council.

‎‎In a vote of thanks, the new Banagan katagum Engineer Abdullahi Muhammad expressed gratitude to the Emir for the trust bestowed upon him, and assured of his unwavering commitment to support the development and welfare of the Katagum Emirate.
