Emir of Katagum appreciates state Deputy Gov. for supporting his principal.

The Emir of Katagum, Alhaji Umar Farooq had applauded the state’s deputy governor, Mohammed Auwal Jatau for loyalty and support to his principal, Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed.

The Emir was speaking when he received the Deputy Governor on a sallah homage at his palace in Azare.

According to him, Auwal Jatau’s dedication and commitment towards supporting the vision of the governor for the development of the state has not gone unnoticed.

Alhaji Umar Farooq also said the Deputy Governor’s relentless efforts in supporting Governor Bala Mohammed’s initiatives and programmes have played a significant role in the journey so far towards the progress of the state.

The Emir believed that, to ensure inclusive governance, the administration of Governor Bala Mohammed has championed policies and initiatives that prioritize the well-being of people, regardless of their social or economic status.

The Deputy Governor had earlier told the Emir that he was at his palace to reaffirm his loyalty to the Emirate.

Auwal Jatau appreciated the Emir for his commitment towards protection lives and property of his subjects and expressed gratitude to him for his support to the administration of Governor Bala Mohammed at all times.
