Director General of the National Teachers Institute professor Musa Mai Tafsir says the sustainability of home school feeding program by state governments would enhance improving access and quality education in the country
Professor Musa stated this at the ongoing state education summit noted that, poverty is among major challenge that effect basic education in the country particularly the northern region
The Director also advised for improvement of teachers welfare to enable them discharged their teaching effectively to achieve educational target in the country
On her part, the state commissioner of Higher education Dr. Lydia tsamani called for multi disciplinary ideas and support from relevant educational stakeholders towards improving access to quality education in the state
Dr. Lydia commended governor Bala Mohammad for his prompt support to her ministry and pledged to be committed in enhancing education level of the state.
