Bauchi State Leadership of People Redemption Party Resign membership from party

The Leadership of the People’s Redemption Party (PRP), Bauchi State Chapter, together with the Executive Committees of all 20 Local Government Areas and the 210 Ward Executives, have announced their resignation, withdrawal, and termination of membership from the party.

In a statement signed by the Chairman, PRP Bauchi State Chapter on behalf of the State, LGA, and Ward Executives, Comrade Hamza Ibrahim indicates that the decision followed months of deep reflection due to the party’s complete loss of focus, direction, and ideological foundation.

Comrade Hamza reiterated that party is plagued by factions, internal crises, gossip, political manipulation, and a culture of impunity at all levels.

The statement therefore opined that Principled members with genuine political ideology are left with no choice but to quit the PRP in order to protect their integrity, dignity, and commitment to the people.

The statement expressed concern that the National Leadership also failed to reconcile the aggrieved members, resolved crises, or address the rampant looting and infiltration that characterized the sale of nomination forms.

Comrade Hamza opined that as bonafide and committed members of the PRP in Bauchi State, the decision is in the best interest of all .
