BAUCHI STATE GOVERNMENT INAUGURATES CENTRAL WORKING COMMITTEE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MINING INSTITUTE ALKALERI.

Bauchi State Government has inaugurated a Central Working Committee for the Establishment of the Mining Institute Alkaleri Bauchi State.

Inaurating the Committee at the State Ministry of Natural Resources，the Commisdioner Muhammad Maiwada Bello， said the inauguration of the Committee is to ensure a centred approach on mining operation activities across the state.

Muhammad Maiwada Bello，highlighted that the activities of working committee is a visionary step by the State Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed to boost mining activities in the state.

He explained that the Committee， have direct impact on the lives of the up-coming generation，and improved the economic sustainability of the people .

Alhaji Maiwada Bello，enjoined members of the Committee to justify the confidence reposed in them by discharging their assignment with expeetise and professionalism.

Maiwada Bello said the Central Working Committee， were given three weeks ultimatum to submit its report， for effective mining operations.

The Commisdioner therefore，commended Governor Bala Mohammed，for his desire in improving mining sector towards diversifying the state conomy.

Also speaking， the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Natural Resources Engineer Ibrahim Sulaiman Mato，noted that the Committee is saddled with the responsibilities of prefering solutions on the way foward about activities in all the twenty local government areas.

He maintained that the Committee is expected to developed a framework，that would harness the full potentials of the minerals and natural resources.

In his remarks， the Chairman Central Working Committee for the Establishment of the Mining Institute Alkaleri Bauchi State，Alhaji Bello Sarki Jadori assured readiness to live-up to task ahead of their statutory mandate inorder to achieve the set objectives.

Alhaji Bello Sarki Jadori，promised to execute their assignment within the stipulated time.

The CWC Chairman called for working synergy among other members of the Committee，to achieve the set target.

Members of the Central Working Committee for the Establishment of the Mining Institute Alkaleri Bauchi State comprised of Bello Sarki Jadori member Bauchi State House of Assembly Committee on Mines and Rukayya Muhammad from the state Ministry of Natural Resources as Chairman and Secretary of the Committee.

Other members to include， Alhaji Sanusi Khalifa Rishi Special Adviser to the Governor on Solid Minerals，Alhaji Garba Sabo SSGs Office，Professor Abubakar Sadik Maigari， Department of Applied Geology ATBU Bauchi，Dr. Ahmad Isah Yero Rector Oil and Gas Academy Alkaleri Bauchi State， Alhaji Nasiru Ahmad Federal Mines Officer，Engineer Markus Daniel Bwala， Nigeria Institute of Mines Jos，Plateau State.

The rest are，Alhaji Musa Santurakin Pali Miners Association of Nigeria， Alhaji Bello Inuwa Galoji（MIREMCO），Engineer Muhammad Said and Malam Usman Yusuf Muhammad from Geo-Tech Department ATAP-Poly Bauchi，Isah Sunusi Isah，Muhammad Musa Muhammad，Barrister M.U Usman Ministry of Justice as well as Al-Hassa Muhammad Ibrahim，from the state Ministry of Housing and Environment.
