Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has described as a great loss, the demised of the District Head of Darazo, Alhaji Mohammed Bababa.
Speaking when he led top government officials on a condolence to the Darazo District Head palace, the Governor said late Mohammed Bababa is a reliable and respected traditional ruler who is working for the best interest of his people and Bauchi Emirate.
He noted that the deceased has exhibited high sense of patriotism and maturity in the management of the district, pointing out that the he would be remembered for his good deeds.
Governor Bala Mohammed on behalf of the government and the people of Bauchi state extended his condolences to Darazo district, Bauchi Emirate council and the immediate family over for death of the traditional ruler.
Responding, the Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu, represented by Madakin Bauchi, Dr Baba Gidado, expressed gratitude to Governor Bala Mohammed for the condolence visit and prayed Almighty Allah to reward him abundantly.
The Governor was accompanied by the Speaker, Bauchi State House of Assembly, State PDP chairman, Chief of Staff, Principal Private Secretary, Commissioners of Water Resources and that of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, party elders among others.
