Governor Bala Mohammed swears in three new commissioners and security adviser.

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State has appointed Dr. Sani Mohammed Dambam as Commissioner for Health to replace Dr Adamu Sambo who was relieved from his position.

The Governor also appointed a former Commandant of the Nigerian Police Academy Wudil, retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Abdulrahman Ahmed as his Chief Security Adviser following the removal of Dr Ahmed Ciroma from the position.

Speaking after swearing in of the three Commissioners and the Security Adviser at the Council chambers, Government House, Bauchi, Governor Bala congratulated the appointees and urged them to justify the confidence reposed in them for the success of his administration.

The Governor said their appointments is part of the ongoing efforts of his administration to reposition its policies and programmes for the best interest of the state and its people.

Responding on behalf of the sworn in appointees, the Commissioner posted to the ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, Zainab Baban Takko expressed gratitude to Governor Bala Mohammed for finding them worthy of the appointments and promised to contribute positively towards the overall development of the state.

The sworn in commissioners are Dr. Sani Mohammed Dambam, Ministry of Health, Zainab Baban Takko, ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, Engineer Mohammed Bin Abdulkadir, Ministry of Commerce while retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Abdulrahman Ahmed was appointed as Chief Security Adviser.
