
Bauchi State Government has pledged to pay free Joint Admission and Matriculation Board registration (JAMB) to one thousand indigenous students.
The special Assistant to Governor Bala Mohammed on student matters Comrade Hamza Muhammad Maikudi stated this while speaking to our reporter in Bauchi.
Comrade Hamza Maikudi said the beneficiaries would be so selected best on merit irrespectives of any differences.
According to him, the aim is geared to support the children of the less privileged in the state to enable them register their JAMB without any challenges and pursued their educational carrier.
He emphasized that, the gesture would assist youths in the state to further their education for the overall development of the sector.
