Federal Mortgage Bank appreciates Bauchi State Government over timely remmitance of monthly contributions of the National Housing Fund

The Manager Federal Mortgage Bank Bauchi state branch Alhaji Abubakar Mu’azu has commended the efforts of the state government for the prompt remittance of monthly National Housing Civil Servants
The Manager made the commendation in an interview with our reporter, in his office while Fielding questions regarding the deductions of the workers salaries for their housing scheme.
Alhaji Abubakar Mu’azu expressed satisfaction for the prompt remittance unlike the previous administration who couldn’t mae the payment as expected Earlier.
According to Mu’azu, there was also low level of remmitance of the funds from the local governments , saying they have improved their monthly remittance accordingly, except some local governments who are yet to meet up with their remmitance , calling on them to ensure timely remmitance of the funds without any delay.
Also responding the Chairman Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC ) Bauchi Chapter Comrade Dauda Mai Dara Shuaibu in an interview stated that there was break in the payment and assured of his readiness to ensure that both the local government and the state did not default from their monthly remittance to the Federal Mortgage Bank.
