The Bauchi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Adamu Babayo Gabarin, has charged Wikki Tourists FC to go all out for victory in their final and decisive game of the ongoing NNL25 Super 8 Playoff in Asaba, Delta State against Yobe Desert FC.
The Sports Commissioner gave the charge during a visit to the team members in Asaba to motivate the players, expressing dissatisfaction over the team’s performance so far and reminded the players that the hopes of Bauchi people depends on them.,and urged them to raise their game and fight for the much-desired NPFL promotion ticket.
Earlier, Club Chairman, Engr. Auwal Gotal acknowledged that the team arrived Asaba in high spirits, but admitted that the two consecutive draws have changed the mood, believing that a win in the final match will restore the hope of the team.
In the meantime, Wikki Tourists holds 3rd position in Group A with 2 points from two matches, where all attention now shifts to the must-win final group game against Yobe Desert to hold on the 10th of July 2025 .
