Bauchi State Commissioner for Higher Education Congratulates Gov. Bala

The Bauchi State Commissioner for Higher Education and Regional Integration Dr. Lydia Haruna Tsammani has congratulated Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed for winning People’s Choice Governors Excellence Award in Paris, France for recognition of his outstanding record of transformational leadership and good governance.
