Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed has led a high-powered delegation to Kano to condole with the family of the late elder statesman and renowned businessman, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, who passed away recently.
The delegation included the Acting National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), top government officials, including commissioners, special advisers, senior aides, and other key officers.
While offering prayers for the repose of the late patriarch, Governor Bala Mohammed described Alhaji Aminu Dantata as a rare gem, a bridge builder, and a national figure who mentored many and carried everyone along regardless of class or background.
He noted that the family has inherited a rich legacy of service, humility, and philanthropy, urging them to remain united and uphold his values.
Speaking on behalf of the bereaved family, Tajuddeen Aminu Dantata expressed heartfelt gratitude to Governor Bala Mohammed and his entourage for the visit and their show of solidarity during the family’s moment of grief.
