Almuhibba Open University partners State Tourism Corporation on staff capacity building.
byThe Bauchi State Tourism Development Corporation has expressed readiness to collaborate with development partners in the area of staff capacity building.
The General Manager of the Corporation, Malam Muhammad Nasir Yusuf disclosed this when he received management of Almuhibba Open University on a courtesy visit in his office.
The General Manager who described education as the bedrock of any meaningful development, said civil servants need to be update their knowledge for better service delivery.
Muhammad Nasir Yusuf appealed to the University management to introduce more professional to address the challenges faced by students studying in distance locations due to current economic reality.
Earlier, the Director Administration, Almuhibba Open University Bauchi Campus, Dr Kabiru Hassan said they were at the Corporation to seek for areas of collaboration and intimate the agency on their services.
Dr Kabiru Hassan said all the courses offered by the University were accredited by the National University Commission which include Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Science, Healthcare and Hospital Management and Nursing among others.
