Alkaleri Local govt chairman swears in 19 Councillors of the Council

The Alkaleri Local Government Local Chairman, Hassan Garba Bajama has sworn-in the nineteen elected councilors of the area.
At the swearing in ceremony, Garba Bajama appealed to them to rally round the present administration in the state to for more developmental programmes in Alkaleri local government.
He solicited their support and cooperation for him to justify the mandate reposed on him by the party and the people of the local council.
Garba Bajama also called on the youths in the area to desist from all form of social vices and venture into meaningful business to better their lives for the growth and development of the area, assuring that, his doors would remain open for constructive criticism and useful advices.
In their separate remarks, the former chairman of Alkaleri local government area Alhaji Yusuf Garba and former state house member that represented Pali, Yusuf Mohammed Bako as well as member representing Duguri/Gwana in the state assembly Bala Abdullahi Dan urged the chairman and his council members to cooperate and work under one umbrella in order to move the local government to a promise land.
In a remarks, the Alkaleri local government PDP chairman Bappah Aliyu thanked the people of Bauchi state especially Alkaleri local government for turning out en mass to cast out their votes to PDP candidates.
In a goodwill message, the district head of Pali, Alhaji Garba Muhammad Sambo applauded Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed and security agencies for ensuring peaceful conducted of the elections.
