UNICEF presents laptops to BATV, BRC and NTA for promoting women and children activities.

Broadcast Media in the state have been urged to prioritize women and children issues in their activities of information dissemination.
The Chief of UNICEF Bauchi field office, Dr. Thushar Rane made the call while presenting Laptops donated to some media organizationns.
He said, whenever conflict or desaster happened, children used to be the most affected due to their vulnerability.
According to him, women and children deserves better attention in the society to enhance their living standard.
Dr. Rane said the donation of Laptop to NTA Bauchi, BRC Bauchi and BATV was to complement their performance in children programming.
Respondin on behalf of the Media, the General Manager of NTA Bauchi, Hajiya Fati Isa, commended Unicef for the support and assured of continuous collabiration as part the station corporate-social responsibilities.
