TRADITIONAL LEADER CALLS FOR REFLECTION OF ROLES BY MEMBERS OF THE TRADITIONAL INSTITUTION

The Village Head of Birshin Fulani in Bauchi local government area Alhaji Ahmad Lawan has urged newly turban traditional title holders of the area to reconsider their roles in maintaining law and order, stressing their importance as a solution for peace, unity, and tranquillity.
Alhaji Ahmad Lawan made the appealed during the turbaning ceremony of eight illustrious son of the Village held at his residents, Birshin Fulani.
The Village Head said the eight people particularly Abubakar Sadiq Ango deserved a traditional title of the village considering their proven reliable and commitment to the development of their community.
He called on residents to support the state government’s efforts by assisting various committees established for peace, and security of the state
According to him, the newly turban traditional title holders have much to contribute towards moving the state and the country forward pointing out that government cannot be left with all the responsibilities.
Speaking to journalists after the event, Abubakar Sadiq Ango a soft ware engineer who was turbaned as the Jagaban Birshin fulani praised the village head of Birshin Fulani Alhaji Ahmad Lawan for finding them worthy to be honored with the traditional title holders of the area.
Abubakar Sadiq Ango assured their readiness to continue contributing their quota towards the development of Birshin Fulani, Bauchi state and the country at large
He used the medium and called on people particularly youths in the country to work hard towards improving their Communities.
Earlier, the Sectratery of Birshin Fulani Development Association said the newly turban Jagaban Abubakar Sadiq Ango has done alot to the people of the community particularly empower youths through ICT enterprenuership program
Those turban include, Ibrahim Saqiq Ango as Jagaban Birshin Fulani, Mohammadu A Bappa as Dangaladiman Birshin Fulani, Malam Ali Abdu, Kauran Birshin Fulani among others.
