Toro Local Government has inaugurated eighteen man committee to draft Toro Local Government Development Plan.

Inaugurating the committee at the council chamber of the Local Government, the Executive Chairman Pharmacist Ibrahim Abubakar Dembo said the idea is in line with his plan to have a firsthand Data plan for the Local Government to enhance speedy development.

Ibrahim Abubakar Dembo who give the committee four weeks to come up with a blue print of the Local Government Development Plan, also assign them with the responsibility of providing developmental data plan of local Government, securitizing typical issues, inaugurating some committee at the ward levels and harmonizing all the ward plan so as to provide One development plan that the local Government would work on it.

While urging them to be transparent while handing public responsibilities said they expected to be hardworking as they were selected best on their rank of record, hence they will comply with the complaint and request of the public for implementation. So that the local government live good legacy.

Responding the chairman of the committee and deputy chairman of the local government Alhaji Adamu Danyaro Geji thanked the chairman for seeing them worthy for the assignment and promise to justify the confidence repose on them.

Members of the committee include Adamu Umar Dan Yaro as Chairman, Barr Munir Umar Secretary while Members of the committee include Professor Shuaibu Musa Ardo, Hashimu Abubakar Dori a retired permanent secretary and other expert in education, security and public relation and community leaders among others.
