FEDERAL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION IN COLLABORATION WITH THE WORLD BANK CONDUCT ONE DAY STAKEHOLDERS ENGAGEMENT MEETING ON DIGITAL OPERATION AND CYBER SECURITY PROGRAMME IN BAUCHI .

The Federal Ministry of Education in collaboration with the World Bank have conducted a one day stakeholders engagement meeting on digital operation and cyber security programme to some consortium members in the state.
Speaking at the meeting, which took place at Professor Iyah Abubakar Community Resource center Bauchi, the Project Coordinator of the program, Sa’idu Musa Yarima, said the digital and cyber program is to equip the consortium members on the digital techniques, to improve their ideal knowledge on how to teach the students on computer based operations
According to him, the component of the program, is been categorize into two where the sixty percent of the females students and forty percent of males students out of hundred percent are to benefit from the program.
Alhaji Sa’idu Musa Yarima explained that the digital skills program will last for three months to enable students at the higher institutions of learning meet the global digital education system.
He added that the Federal Ministry of Education in collaboration with the World Bank has initiated the program in order to add value to the society and sought for the support of community and other traditional leaders for the success of the program in the state.
