EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN BAUCHI STATE UNIVERSAL BASIC EDUCATION BOARD SEEKS SUPPORT TOWARDS IMPROVING QUALITY OF EDUCATION

The Executive Chairman State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) Alhaji Adamu Mohammad Duguri has appealed to traditional leaders in their respective communities to provide necessary support and cooperation to the government aimed at improving the quality of education in the state.
Alhaji Adamu Muhammad Duguri made the plea when he led a team to inspect ongoing projects at Burga in Tafawa Balewa Local Goverment Area
The projects awarded by the sustainable development goals consist of two Blocks of affordable twelve classrooms with office/ stores and furniture as well as solar watered borehole
The chairman said the importance of the traditional leaders towards achieving the set objectives cannot be overemphasized, hence the need to work together as a team
He attributed the decay of the sector at some schools in the state to non challant attitudes of the community taking ownership and its usage, calling for collaborative effort with the government to mobilizing children enrollment to school.
Alhaji Adamu Duguri reminded parents and guardians on the necessity to send their children and wards to school, emphasising that education was the foundation of life and development in the society.
The Chairman commended the contractors over the standard of work, hoping for it sustenance to the completion level
In his speech, Alhaji Garba Musa sale Hakimin Bula, thanked the state chairman of SUBEB for the visit of the ongoing projects, assuring their readiness to give the necessary cooperation to the state government to achieve its developmental goals.
