Education Experts and students advised to key into Artificial Intelligence Revolution.
Education experts and students have been challenged to avail themselves of the opportunity provided by the Artificial Intelligence, (AI) revolution.
The challenge was given by a resource person at the one day Public Lecture on Empowering the AI revolution, a guide for modern educators, and Lead Data Scientist at EPAM Systems, Turkey, Dr Leonardo Andy Iheme.
Dr Leonardo Iheme explained that Artificial Intelligence has so far replaced over forty percent of workforce across the globe, hence the need for the people in the developing word to also key in.
According to him, digital transformation in the developing countries focuses more on digitization and commended the Federal Government for its efforts towards achieving success in that regard.
While explaining that, the technology started year’s ago, the resource person maintained that it has taken a toll on virtually every facet of human endeavor.
He charged students to also make the best use of the opportunity to enable them achieve their academic goals.
Dr Leonardo added that his choice of ATBU is to contribute to his alma mata from his wealth of experience to enable it be the first beneficiary.
In his remarks, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Muhammad Ahmad Abdulazeez commended the presenter and charged participants to make the best use of the knowledge.
