The Commissioner of Religious Affairs and Community Development in Bauchi State, Hon. Yakubu Ibrahim Hamza, has inaugurated a committee to oversee the Maulud celebration in Bauchi State. The committee, chaired by Malam Ibrahim Baba Karami, was launched at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Community Development in Bauchi State.
Charge to the Committee:Hon. Yakubu Ibrahim Hamza charged the committee to work diligently and with integrity, stating that they were selected based on their expertise and trustworthiness. He also commended the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Alh. Aiyu Suleiman Hardawa, for his support and guidance.
Committee’s Assurance:The Chairman of the committee, Malam Ibrahim Baba Karami, assured that the committee would work tirelessly to ensure the success of the Maulud celebration, expressing gratitude to the government and the Ministry for entrusting them with the responsibility. He also stated that the committee would not disappoint the government and would only ask for God’s guidance and blessings.
Well-Attended Inauguration:The inauguration ceremony was well-attended by all members of the committee, as well as other stakeholders in the state.
