Bauchi Director of Sports Receives Kaura Ambassadorial Award as “ICON of HOPE

A formidable youth organization known as Kaura Ambassador, based in Bauçhi, has presented Ambassadorial Award of Excellence to Bauchi state Director of Sports Alhaji Ado Tanko.

Presenting the award to Ado Tanko in his office over the weekend in Bauch, the National Coordinator Kaura Ambassador, Comrade Mohammed Sani, explained that the Kaura Ambassador is a formidable youth organization that was collectively formed by Nigerian youths / Stakeholders in the 19 Northern states of the country including FCT, aimed at encouraging good governance, Youth development, and empowerment.

He said ” we are glad to inform you that after much consultation and deliberation by our Congress on your contributions towards sports development in Bauchi state and beyond, we have ratified you for Kaura Ambassador, Ambassadorial Award of Excellence as ICON of HOPE”.

The National Coordinator, described Ado Tanko, as a Man of Excellence who has done so much in administering sports, promoting sports, youths education and indisputable Nigerian flag waiver, whose didactic personality is pedestal upon which the vision of our land in sports development can be realized.

Responding, the State Director of Sports Alhaji Ado Tanko, expressed appreciation to the Kaura Ambassador for finding him worthy of this prestigious award.

He assured the organization that, he will not take this advantage for granted, promising to take it as a challenge to do the needful in uplifting the name of Bauchi state as Mecca of sports in Nigeria
