Alkaleri Chairman calls for unity and understanding among Miyetti Allah members.
In an effort to address the lingering disputes in Miyetti Allah Association of Alkaleri local government area, the executive chairman of the council, Alhaji Hassan Garba Bajama has appealed to the state chairman of the association to conduct fresh election, immediately after the expiration of the incumbent chairman in the local government.
Hassan Garba Bajama made this appeal during an interactive session with the state chairman at the medical hall of the council.
He said, the only thing he needs from the Fulani’s association is living in peace and tranquility with one another in respective of who is leading the association.
The local government chairman also urged the present leaders of the union to sphere head the union with justice and fairness for them to forge a head in their leadership.
Alhaji Bajama further explained that, what would divide the group is injustice and lack of fair play, hence the need for the leaders in the state, for the interest of peace, conduct elections in order to get rid of the lingering problem in Miyetti Allah Association.
Earlier, the chairman Miyetti Allah association Bauchi state Alhaji Kabiru Adamu Yusuf applauded the Alkaleri executive chairman for his useful advice and the effort so far made to settle the dispute in the association, saying that, all the recommendations and advises would be consider.
He called on members of the group to seek for knowledge and venture into meaningful activities to make them better members of the society.
According to him, is a shameful act, Fulani people who were known with humility and modesty to be exchanging banters and tantrum over leadership.
He urged them to unite themselves under one umbrella for the development of the association, the local government area and Bauchi state in general.
Kabiru Adamu Yusuf said as soon as they received the guidelines and other necessary documents from the federal executive, election would be conducted promptly after the expiration of the present leaders tenure.
