The Executive Chairman of Toro Local Government area Pharmacist Ibrahim Abubakar Dembo has applauded Senator Bala Mohammed for embarking on the construction of township roads in Rimin Zayam and Bypass in Nabordo.
Pharmacist Abubakar Dembo made the commendation at the occasion of Flagging off of the construction in Rimin Zayam lead by the state Governor.
He said when completed, the roads would no doubt connect the communities with other neighboring villages and boost socioeconomic development of the area.
While appreciating the gesture, Abubakar Dembo appealed for more rural roads in the area and the completion of Toro bypass, Zaranda, salarma and that of Nabordo to Jama’a Gari among others.
In their separate remarks at the Flagging off ceremony some PDP stakeholders of the area indicated their loyalty and the total support of the people of the Toro Local government.
Also speaking, the member representing Toro/Jama’a at the state house of Assembly Hamza Saidu Jama’a and the Bauchi South PDP Chairman Chairman Alhaji Dallami Garba Abubakar as well as the Isa Babayo Tilde SSA to the Governor on Local Government Affairs and Alhaji Idris Hassan Walin Zaranda all acknowledged the the numerous developmental projects executed by the state Governor in the local Government and urged him to double it considering the support of the local government to his administration and being the largest Local government in the Country.
According to them, the area would remained focused in supporting PDP administration for rapid development.
