A reknown islamic cleric in the country,Professor Sani Umar Rijiyan lemo has admonished Muslim women to Redoubtable their efforts towards serving God for the growth and development of Islam.
Professor Sani Umar Rijiyan lemo gave the charge at the Ramadan Tafsir closing ceremony of Masjid late Shehu Awak organized by Jam’iyatul Birri Bauchi.
Professor Sani Umar Rijiyan lemo who said women have a vital role to play in the propagation of Islam, used the medium to advise them to serve as role models by demonstrating good moral values.
The Islamic preacher,who commended the effort of the organisers of the Tafsir centre over the years, calling on the youngers one to emulate the initiatives of the communities.
In a Remark, the chairperson Bauchi local Government council, Hajiya Zainab Baban Takko appreciated another scholar who graced the occasssion, professor Mansir Isa yelwa who took his time to extend the message of the Holy Qur’an and the prophetic Hadiths during the period and prayed Allah to Reward him.
Hajiya Zainab Baban Tankko used the forum to advised women to use the knowledge acquired during the period and put into practice the lessons lentfrom the lecture.
. Also Speaking , professor Mansir Isa yelwa appreciated the Jam’iyatul Birri for their determination to organize the lecture and called on the participants to make good use of the lesson learned.
In his goodwill message Dr Usman Ibrahim Giade adviced women to use the knowledge acquired during the whole Month of Ramadan and after the Month for sober reflection.
In her Vote of thanks , the Ameerah of Jam’iyatul Birri Hajiya Aisha Bintu Musa Awak thanked professor Mansir Isa yelwa for presenting the Ramadan lecture to women over the years at the centre and prayed Allah to reward him aboundantly.
At the end of the programme, Sallah clothes were distributed to over one hundred and fifty orphans by the Young Jam’iyatul Birri
