Nigeria’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia receives Bauchi State team to represent Nigeria at international Qur’anic recitation competition
Nigerian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia received Bauchi State team reoresent Nigeria at Kin Abdul’aziz international Holy Qur’anic recitation on Friday the Ambassador of Nigeria to the Kingdom Alhaji Mu’azzam Nayaya.
The Ambassador Alhaji Mu’azzam Nayaya has acknowledged the display of good conduct by the Bauchi State team during the competition.
He also described the Bauchi contingent as one of the most disciplined States in Nigeria.
Ibrahim Muhammad Nasir from Shira local government area of Bauchi state is to represented Nigeria in the kin Abdul’aziz International Qur’anic Recitation Competition.
The Chairman Bauchi State Qur’anic Recitation Competition Imam Hassan Usamn Zango, who stated this when he led the delegation which included the Bauchi State Cordinator Imam Abubakar Muhammad Rariya, Sectretary to the Committee Malam Ibrahim Muhammad Sadiq and Nigeria’s Contengent to the international Qur’anic Competition Ibrahim Muhammad Nasir on a courtesy visit to the Ambassador.
Imam Hassan Usamn Zango explained that the contingent have been adequately trained to face the competition saying that he is optimistic that he performed well in the competition and will make the state and country proud at the end of the competition
He added that Bauchi State Government the adequate provision to his welfare has been provided for his comfortability throughout the competition.
The Chairman Imam Zango said members of the team have accompanied the contingent to Saudi Arabia are sponsored by the Bauchi State Governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad.
The Bauchi State Cordinator Imam Abubakar Muhammad Rariya spoke of his appreciation of the efforts made by the ambassador in strengthening relations between the two countries, and wished him continued success as the official’s tenure.
