The newly posted Director Primary Health Care Tafawa Balewa Local Governent Area Hajiya Maryam Hashimu, has assumed duty with a call on medical workers to accord her to he necessary support to achieve success.
Receiving her entourage at the local government council chamber in Bununu, the Deputy Chairman of the council, Alhaji Maigari Ahmad Jambil expressed joy over the number of people that accompanied her is a testament of her good working relation with people.
Maigari Jambil therefore assured her that she would be wellcomed to work in Tafawa balewa local government Area
Speaking on behalf of the staff , the Deputy Director of the Department Alhaji Abubakar Sa’ad welcomed the new Director and assured her of their unflinching support in discharging her duty.
In his remarks, the Branch Chairman Medical and Health Workers Union, Tafawa Balewa local government branch Comrade Muhammad Aminu Sambo, appreciated the State Primary Health Care Development Agency for its sense of gender inclusiveness , pointing out that her appointment demonstrates a balanced governance.
Earlier in his address the leader of the delegation who is also the Head of Administration, Dass local government area Alhaji Umar Abubakar, said they were in Tafawa Balewa to accompany the New PHC Director, and urged her to feel at home, advising her to demonstrate high level of commitment in repsotioning the workforce of the department and wished her God’s guidance and blessings over the period of her stay in Tafawa balewa.
