MOBILE COURT ON ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION SERVES HEARING NOTICE TO FILLING STATION FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR IN COURT.

The Bauchi state Mobile court on Environmental sanitation is to serve Mobil filling station gidan Mai Bauchi with a hearing notice for failure to appear during the court sitting in Bauchi.
The presiding magistrate of the mobile court, Ahmed musa gave the order during the court sitting at BASEPA headquarters in Bauchi.
The presiding magistrate said serving the hearing notice became necessary for refusing to appear when given the abetment notic
He said the notice would serve from now to the eighteenth of this month, based on the previous notice served to clean up the dumped refuse within the filling station which was not observed.
During the sitting, the mobile court on Environmental sanitation had ordered one madam Wash of Sam Nyoma Street GRA Bauchi to provide dustbin that will contain all wastes within her shop within three weeks and pay a fine of three thousand Nair.
Similarly, the presiding magistrate had ordered for the provision of drum waste collection point at madam Rose restaurant of Jolly Nyame street GRA Bauchi, the presiding judge ordered for a total cleaning up of the area and payment of four thousand Naira cost of action within three weeks, with a option of appeal within thirty days.
