The Executive Chairman Bogoro Local Goverment Council, Surveyor Lawi Yakubu Sumi, has challenged parents and guardians to live up to their responsibilities towards training of the younger ones.
The Chairman made the call during the flag off of this year’s Qur’anic recitation competition held in Bogoro.
Surveyor Sumi, explained that religion plays a vital role in the early life of children urging parents and teachers to take their responsibilities with utmost importance.
He Assured the participants of his Council’s readiness towards the success of this year ‘s competition and the local government level.
In their goodwill messages, Mallam Yisi Abubakar and the village Head of Bogoro Mr. Nuhu Tafida, urged the participants to be good Ambassadors of the Area
