BAUCHI STATE URBAN WATER AND SEWERAGE CORPORSTION EXPRESSES REGRET OVER WATERDCARCITY AFFECTING BAUCHI METROPOLIS

The Bauchi State Urban Water and Sewerage Corporation has expressed regret over ongoing water scarcity affecting Bauchi metropolis.
According to Engineer. Aminu Aliyu Gital, the Managing Director of the Corporation, the scarcity is a result of prolonged power outages from the national grid, which have severely impacted the corporation’s ability to provide consistent water supply across all areas of the city.
In a press release signed by the Corporation’s Public Relations and Communications Officer, Comrade Umar Adamu Jibrin Galadima, it was stated that water supply is currently being provided on a limited basis due to the power challenges.
Engineer Gital acknowledged the difficulties residents are facing in their daily lives and business operations and extended a sincere apology for any inconvenience caused
He also expressed gratitude for the patience and understanding exhibited by residents as the Agency works to address the challenging situation.
