Bauchi State Head of Service advises Civil Servants to be proactive.

Bauchi State Head of Civil Service, Alhaji Yahuza Adamu has advised civil servants in the state to be proactive and vigilant in the discharge of their official duties in order to move the service forward.
The Head of Service was speaking during a working visit to the state Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
He also enjoined the civil servants to strictly adhere to Civil Service rules and regulations for optimal performance.
Alhaji Yahuza Adamu particularly charged staff of Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs to prioritise punctuality, productivity and dedication to their duties to deliver efficient services to the citizenry.
The Head of Service during the working visit appreciated management staff of the ministry for their doggedness, commitment and professionalism in handling their respective offices.
According to him, Governor Bala Mohammed is doing everything possible to enhance service delivery and governance in the state and challenged them to sustain the ministry’s reputation.
Receiving the state Head of Service, the Director Human Resources, Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Alhaji Tijjani expressed gratitude for the visit and assured the staff of the ministry’s readiness to complement state government’s efforts of ensuring effective service delivery at all times.
During the visit, the state Head of civil Service Alhaji Yahuza Adamu was conducted round to the various ministry’s offices, by the Director ministry for local government and chieftaincy Affairs Muhammad Aliyu Mantu, the ministry’s staff officer and the deputy director inspectorate Bala Abdu.
