BAUCHI STATE GOVERMENT INAUGURATES COMMITTEE FOR RENOVATION AND PROCUREMENT OF COMMUNITY RADIOS.
Bauchi state Commissioner of Information and Communication Alhaji Usman Shehu Usman has Inaugurated a five man Tasks Force Committee on the renovation/Procurement of equipments at the ten community Radios and Brc Azare substation.
Inaugurating the committee members,, the commissioner stated that after his visit to the ten community Radios and the sub station Azare when he reported to the Governor,who ordered an setting up of an emergency committee to do the need full with immediate effect.
The commissioner gave the committee two weeks, to produce a report and submit to the Governor for necessary action
The Managing Director BRC Alhaji Umar Mohammed Shira thanked the commissioner for appointing them to deliver the tasks and pledged their readiness to justify the confidence reposed in them within the stipulated period, with view to delivering positive results .
The committee members are Alhaji Mohammed Shira the Managing Director Bauchi Radio Corporation as the Chairman, Isah Jungudo the Director Community Radios as the Secretary, others includes Yakubu Mohammed Yaro Director Ministry of Information member, Architect Maimuna Umar Hassan from Ministry of Works and Transport member and Hauwa Usman Shall from Bureau for Public Procurement Board as member.
