BAUCHI STATE ENVIROMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY PLEDGES TO WORK IN SYNERGY WITH THE TRADITIONAL INSTITUTION

The state environmental protection agency have pledged continued working with traditional leaders as well as community based associations to achieve it’s goals.
The Director General state environmental protection Agency Dr Mahmud Mohammed Bose made the pledge while supervising the February monthly sanitation exercise in Bauchi.
Dr Mahmud Mohammed Bose Specifically commended Muda Lawal market for fully mobilizing their members on participating for sanitation exercise whenever the need arises.
The BASEPA director General therefore called on other associations to emulate the Muda Lawal market traders and Artisans association for their environmental attitude.
He therefore called on all groups and associations that needs to embark on a community environmental project to always seek for the agency’s advise and assistance whenever the need arises.
Dr Mahmud Mohammed Bose therefore called on truck drivers to always adhere to the rules governing the sanitation exercise so as to avoid sanction.
Also commenting chairman Muda Lawal market traders and Artisans association Mustapha Shehu Idris commended Management of BASEPA for their frequent supervision to the market.
Mustapha Shehu Idris also thanked BASEPA for assisting them with working tools which are used for sanitizing the market for its environmental safety.
