Bauchi State Government pleadges to improve the standard of the state owned media at the Grassroot

The state commissioner of information and communication Alh. Usman Shehu Usman has paid an unscheduled visit to BRC FM azare this Monday.

Speaking during the visit, the commissioner said he was at the station to see the state of the art by himself and interact with the management and staff to know their challenges and receive recommendations on possible ways to improve their operations for better service delivery

The commissioner who went round and listened to the issues raised by the area manager and his staff promised to act accordingly to tackle the major challenges face by the station in a very short period of time.

He reassured the commitment of the present administration in the state to improve the standard of the state owned media at the grassroot, and encouraged the staff to remain committed to their duties as the government will soon put smiles on their faces.

Ealier speaking, the Area manager BRC FM Azare Alh. Saminu muhammad briefed the commissioner on activities of the station and the challenges confronting the State own radio station .

In the same vein, the commissioner also visited BATV Azare sub station and area Information Centre Azare where he assess the state of the fercilities.
