Toro Local Government Chairman pledges to support religious organizations in the area.

Toro Local Government council is to work in close collaboration with religious organizations to enhance societal re-orientation.
The Executive Chairman Toro Local Government, Pharmacist Ibrahim Abubakar Dembo made the disclosure when he receiving members of Tijjaniyya sect during paid a visit in his office.
Pharmacist Ibrahim Abubakar who recognized their support at the state and Local Government levels in the actualization of Government policies, described the leader of the sect, Sheik Dahiru Usman Bauchi as a Father and a role model.
The local government chairman said his doors are always opened to receiving their contribution, support and cooperation for the overall development of the Local Government and the group in general.
Earlier, the Chairman of Hilakuzzikir and Mukaddimi,Shehu Usman Abdullahi and Alhaji Bala Dan Maigoro said they are in his office to register their support and cooperation to move the local government forward.
Shehu Usman Abdullahi and Dr. Bala Dan Maigoro said the group has a standard structure at the Local, District and Ward Level, hence the need for the Chairman to work with them in promoting government policies and programmes.
They acknowledged the contribution of the Chairman in promoting unity, education, security and medical assistance and urged him to sustain the gesture.
They used the forum and appealed to the Chairman to help them complete thier Zawiya Headquarters in Magama.
In a remark, the Head of Administration Toro Local Government, Alhaji Kabir Mahmood Abdullahi said the Local Government is working with all religious organizations and is fully aware with the contribution of Tijjaniya Group in the area and would fully support them.
